Vin rosé des Riceys

A brilliant dark pink coloured robe, with amber glints.
Aromas of black cherry jam and stewed plums, with first a hint of vanilla followed by a liquorice flavoured taste.
A slight mild tobacco aroma dawns reasonably with an aroma of quince paste.
The attack on the palate is pleasant. The elegant, soft, fat and ample pinot noir makes one discover light hints of rose, violet and liquorice.
This wine will perfectly match white meat or poultry meat (chicken with morel mushrooms...) and also with delicate sorts of cheese: Chaource, Champs sur Barse, Mussy, medium-ripe goat's milk cheese.
